Himalayan Singing Bowl Meditation Experience
Public/Group or Private One on One Sessions
As a group, a brief history or the bowls is covered, along with a discussion of what to expect in the 'experience". Bring a mat to lay upon, a pillow, eye covering and blanket. Your mind's chatter will drift away with the sound of the bowls, allowing you to reach a deep sense of relaxation. Afterwards, group shares their experiences, if desired. One on One experiences can be arranged for deep relaxation in a fully clothed state.
